About MODHOME
A home is more than a collection of rooms. It is a considered environment, shaped around the way you live and the details that make it yours.
MODHOME is a premium residential interiors and whole-home custom brand under MOD Service Design, serving high-end condos, landed homes and private residences in Singapore. With custom cabinetry as our core, we bring together spatial planning, material and craftsmanship control, soft furnishing and styling, and project delivery to create a complete home solution, from storage systems, kitchens and wardrobes to furniture, finishes, lighting and atmosphere. Rather than treating cabinetry, furniture or decoration as separate parts, MODHOME designs the home as one coherent living environment, refined in detail and considered for the way people live every day.
MODHOME was founded by Jay Lee, whose years of experience in interior design and project delivery shape the brand’s approach. His recognitions include Andrew Martin Top 100 Designer and 40 Under 40 Chinese Outstanding Young Designer.
His design approach begins with the home as a whole, balancing proportion, materials and everyday function. MODHOME carries that thinking through spatial planning, whole-home customisation and soft furnishing, with attentive coordination from the first conversation to final delivery.
Jay Lee’s work has received recognition from leading design platforms in China and internationally, including the Andrew Martin International Interior Design Award and 40 Under 40 Chinese Outstanding Young Designer.
Our design practice has received more than 70 design awards to date.
The workcontinues.
Exceptional custom home furnishing is not a display piece. It is a quiet vessel for everyday living, where elegance sits in the details and comfort becomes part of the routine.
Kronospan and EGGER particleboard form the core substrate of our cabinet systems, complemented by Emporio Skin decorative surfaces. Selected boards meet low-emission standards including E1, E1E05 and TSCA-compliant specifications. Selected products may meet F★★★★ or GB ENF standards, depending on the product selected.
Blum, Salice, Scilm and Italiana Ferramenta provide the technical foundation for smooth, precise and quiet opening, closing, sliding and folding across the system.
